Atlantica, which manages more than 70 hotels throughout Brazil, signed the renewal after realizing a consistent 8% average increase in net reservations conversion year-over-year with Pegasus.
As the exclusive Brazilian partner for Choice Hotels International, Carlson Hotels Worldwide and Starwood, Atlantica utilizes a Pegasus team of 20 voice agents and a reservations supervisor to capture bookings across its portfolio.
